Realise HR are an award-winning multi-disciplinary HR Consultancy based out of Cumbria and supporting businesses of all sizes across the UK, France and Spain. Realise helps clients deliver their business, people and culture agendas by offering straightforward and no-nonsense HR solutions.  

Realise offers small business support for businesses requiring outsourced HR managed services, HR Consultancy supporting large organisations with people and culture related projects, and our Recruitment division, matching talent to great businesses across the HR, Management and Executive space. We also deliver bespoke learning and development initiatives for managers and leaders.

Dave joined Claire at Realise in 2022 to help deliver the growth ambitions of the company and brings a wealth of operational excellence and leadership experience to the business. Dave’s leadership career started at Uniq plc where he led a large operational team before running his own property maintenance company.
