What is ElevateHER?
ElevateHER is an online career coaching programme designed with women in mind.
Working in a small cohort group of women over a 6 month period, we will help you to build the personal power and confidence you need to recharge and take charge.

How does it work?
We start by discovering who you are by providing you with your Insights Discovery Personal Profile and a one to one session with your career coach to bring it to life. Your Insights profile measures your preferred way of working and communicating with others.
We then move to online group Power Hour learning sessions which will help you to get clear about;

• Your Why – 22nd April at 11am

• Your values and what really matters to you – 6th May at 1pm

• Where you thrive – 20th May at 1pm

• What actions you might want to take – 3rd June at 10am

• How best to remove the blockers and put bridges in place – 17th June at 11am

• How to get going with a realistic plan of action – 1st July at 10am

There will also be a kick off session on 1st April at 10am.

Alongside all of this learning about you, working in small peer groups will give you the opportunity to create a wider network of women all on the same journey of self discovery.
