What is included in the full HR Audit/Assessment?
We will spend time with you to understand your business, how you currently operate and what your current HR policies and practices are to then be able to identify any gaps. We will summarise all of our findings in an audit report and send that to you along with our suggested solutions to make sure you are compliant and adopt best HR practice.

Can you tell me more about the Breath HR software?
Breath HR is a UK based cloud HR system provider. Here at Realise we are a Gold Partner and are able to provide this system to our clients from demo to full implantation and training. This system is specifically designed for SMEs up to 250 employees and has all the functionality that smaller businesses need to manage their people effectively.

What kind of policies will we get?
You will receive the policies to ensure you comply with employment legislation and policies most important to your business.

What are Lunch & Learns?
Lunch & Learns are an opportunity to join an online webinar with one of our experts and learn about certain HR topics.

What is a dedicated people partner?
This is the person that will get to know your business, conduct your audit and be the main point of contact whilst working with us.

How long is a retainer contract for?
This is a 2-year contract that you can serve notice at 1 year… but we hope you don’t.

How do I pay?
You will be invoiced on a monthly basis or if you prefer a one off payment, we can invoice you at the beginning of your contract.
