What is ElevateHER?
ElevateHER is an online career coaching programme designed with women in mind. Working in a small cohort group of women over a 6 month period, we will help you to build the personal power and confidence you need to recharge and take charge.
How does it work?
We start by discovering who you are by providing you with your Insights Discovery Personal Profile and a one to one session with your career coach to bring it to life. Your Insights profile measures your preferred way of working and communicating with others.
We then move to online group Power Hour learning sessions which will help you to get clear about:
- Welcome session – 4th November – 11am
- Your Why – 20th November – 11am
- Your values and what really matters to you – 2nd December – 11am
- Where you thrive – 16th December -11am
- What actions you might want to take – 15th January – 11am
- How best to remove the blockers and put bridges in place – 3rd February – 11am
- How to get going with a realistic plan of action – 24th February – 11am
Alongside all of this learning about you, working in small peer groups will give you the opportunity to create a wider network of women all on the same journey of self discovery.
