Pip has 25 years of experience working in partnership with clients in a diverse sector of industries from recruitment to radio to premiership football to charity to leadership development to HR.  She prides herself on building strong and robust relationships with customers and clients with honesty, integrity and success at the heart of all she does. Her superpower is being able to think creatively and come up with robust and effective solutions for clients and customers from any walk of life. She has a wealth of experience of working with clients from  defence, nuclear, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, commercial, academia , charity and the public sector. At weekends she loves doing anything outdoors , walking,  paddleboarding, swimming in the lakes or playing padel.
